Title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: Jacksonville, FL Area

Salary: $150,000 to $170,000 plus Bonus and Excellent Benefits

We seek a finance professional with a proven track record of driving bottom line results with strong abilities in P&L management, strategic planning, cost analysis, and budgeting/forecasting coupled with strong process improvement skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Manage P&L month end close.

Lead cost analysis and process improvement.

Direct periodic strategic planning.

Lead division P&L management.

Lead and mentor finance staff.

Provide project support to business leaders.

Drive monthly financial data analysis.

Provide monthly internal management reporting.

Lead annual budget process.

Process improvement.

Special Projects.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have the following:

Track record in financial analysis with proven business results.

Strong exposure and results within cost analysis.

MBA or CPA highly preferred.​

BS in accounting or finance.

Strong communication skills.
